The Quality Policy of a Company

The Quality Policy of a Company is a fundamental guideline for a Quality Management System. Top management establishes the objectives to achieve the characteristics that a product or service has to have in order to meet the requirements that the organization considers critical for the client´s satisfaction.

For its structuring process, it is important to include the requirements applicable inside the organization. Also, it is crucial as a secondary goal to fulfill a Continual Improvement Quality Management System.

The Quality Policy is necessary for an organization because it aligns Top Management with all its members. Its definition is just as relevant as its understanding and implementation.
