¿Who is responsible of a Quality Management System?
To define the structure of a Management System, a company must first establish a process map in which the process owners, coordinators and Management Directors are defined as the principal responsible of QMS.
The Responsible of Quality in the Company must ensure that the management is transmitted in all levels of the Company. All the people inside company must be interested in the Quality Management System from the CEO, process owners, and operators. Everyone in the company participates and Quality Management System Responsible is in charge of the control.
This position manages more than executes. This person doesn´t develop the evidence to comply with the requirements and must be an expert in the techniques and tools to develop all the processes in the organization.
